What we can build together

01

Global Visibility & Influence Programs

— for technology hubs and shared services centers

For sites that want to be seen in headquarters as strategic partners, not cost centers. We work on business language instead of technical language, selling ideas upward, and building the visibility of your experts in global structures.

Proof

Over three years with Sabre Poland: leaders visible at industry conferences, Polish experts influential in the global structure — and individuals promoted into HQ roles in the US. I've also worked with shared services and GBS organizations including QVC, CAE, Danish Crown, BNY Mellon, and Shell Business Operations Kraków — and across Poland's ABSL community.

02

Leadership Influence in Transformation

— for organizations in ownership change, M&A, or culture shift

Programs for top leadership groups navigating change — building the influence, cross-cultural fluency, and persuasion needed to carry transformation. Formats include strategic workshops and Oxford-style debates (e.g., on how AI reshapes leadership).

Proof

Two full culture-transformation programs delivered with the same Chief People Officer — at Qemetica (formerly Ciech) and at The Company — engaging demanding top leadership teams to take ownership of values and behaviors, and turning the “intangibles” into real organizational change. “Magda's real strength is engaging demanding senior leaders in work on values, beliefs, and behaviors — and translating them into real change.”

03

Trusted Advisor Sales Programs

— for B2B sales and customer-facing teams

Built on the certified Story Seekers® method by Mike Bosworth, creator of Solution Selling — moving teams from product communication to advisory relationships built on trust and storytelling.

Proof

300+ sales and pre-sales onboarded across Asia-Pacific and Europe at RSA; programs at DocuWare, HPE, Orange, and Raiffeisen — with organizations that embedded the Story Seekers method into their own sales process after the program ended.

04

Advocacy & Mission Communication

— for NGOs, public-interest institutions, and social campaigns

Preparing expert and NGO organizations to be heard where decisions are made — from the European Parliament to investor pitches. This work is personal: I bring 20 years of activism in the NGO sector and partnerships with 20+ nonprofit organizations.

Proof

30+ public health advocates prepared for speeches before the European Parliament and national governments (Eurocare); 130 nonprofits from 20+ countries — every single one matched with a tech partner (full case study below).

How it works

We start from business outcomes, not training catalogs.

  1. 1

    Strategic alignment

We meet — you as the HR or business leader — and define what has to change: how we'll measure success, and which business indicators the development should move. Sales, market share, client retention, talent attraction, even legislative change — the program is anchored to your metrics from day one.

  2. 2

    Program design

Based on those goals, I build the collaboration model: scope, formats, group structure, timeline.

  3. 3

    Co-creation

Then we work on it together: we discuss, refine, challenge the assumptions, and brainstorm — until the program fits the conditions and aspirations of your team. You're not buying a product off the shelf; you're shaping it.

  4. 4

Launch — with your leaders in the room

The program starts with the leader or sponsor visibly on board — and they stay present at the key moments of the journey. Development that leadership shows up for is development people take seriously.

Case Study · AI for Changemakers

130 nonprofits. One goal: every single one heard.

“130 nonprofit organizations — one Magda!”

The challenge

In 2024–2025, Tech to the Rescue ran AI for Changemakers — a global program of AI bootcamps for nonprofit organizations, built around Matching Days: events where nonprofits pitch their AI project ideas to technology companies. The stakes were unusual: because the tech companies implement these projects pro bono, there is no contract to negotiate and no budget to win — the pitch is the only currency. If an organization can't make its mission and project land in minutes, it leaves without a partner. And the presenters were exactly the people the curse of knowledge hits hardest: mission-driven experts from 130 organizations across 20+ countries, five cohorts — Disaster Management, Climate, Health, Education, and Economic Opportunity — more than 350 people, most of them pitching to the tech sector for the first time.

The work

Magda designed and delivered dedicated storytelling training for each of the five cohorts — and then went deeper than a training format usually allows. “She effectively introduced storytelling, built a remarkably effective structure for the presentations, and walked through the concept with nearly every single organization — suggesting changes and sharpening the emphasis,” recalls Magdalena Wasilewska-Michalska, the program's director. The scale of that sentence is worth pausing on: near-individual attention, delivered across 130 organizations. Her sessions ranked among the highest-rated in the entire bootcamp series. And in the spirit of the program itself, she worked pro bono.

The result

“Within just days of each Matching Day, every single organization had found a technology partner to implement at least one AI project — and sometimes several.” A 100% match rate, across all five cohorts.

The result that outlasted the program

The organizations didn't just leave with a partner — they left with a capability. “They told us they valued the sessions not only for the Matching Day preparation, but for building competencies critical to fundraising. To this day, we hear that the program has improved their financial stability — many have secured grants that let them scale their social impact.”

What organizations say

Global Visibility

“Thanks to the work with Magda, I understood the real power of storytelling — and put it to use: from a one-hour strategy presentation at our manager off-site to introducing new leadership concepts. It's all about communicating effectively to engage people in growing the Polish division of the company. Magda listens, she's honest and professional, and she gets to what you actually need.”

Mateusz Kostołowski, PEGA
Transformation

“Magda engaged a demanding group of leaders, activated incredible energy and teamwork — in an atmosphere of partnership and fun. Together we initiated a real shift in attitudes and in how leaders think about organizational culture.”

Katarzyna Bieńkowska, Chief People Officer, The Company
Trusted Advisor Sales

“She trained my sales team at DocuWare — after two days of workshop we were exhausted, but everyone wanted more. She is my personal guru when it comes to storytelling in the IT industry.”

Marcin Pichur, Regional Vice President, DocuWare
Advocacy

“Magdalena challenged an audience of world-renowned cardiologists and powerful CEOs: scientific data, statistics and figures are not enough to bring about change — to lead and inspire, you have to be authentic and use your own personal stories. She has a unique way of helping people connect with their emotional side. I could not recommend her more highly!”

Florence Berteletti, World Heart Federation Advocacy Director
