Individual 1:1 Flagship Program

Influence by Design

A personal advisory program for leaders and experts who need their influence to match their expertise — designed around you, and only you.

For 15 of my 20+ years in strategic communication, I've worked inside international organizations — across 12+ markets, from the USA and the UK to Germany, Brussels, Portugal and Singapore — with leaders of global corporations, international institutions and NGOs such as Bloomberg Philanthropies and Eurocare, shared services hubs across Poland's ABSL sector, and Executive MBA programs in Kraków and Lisbon. I know the rooms you're walking into.

Who this program is for

01

Leaders stepping into bigger roles

— you've been promoted to a C-level or N-1 role, or you're stepping into global structures: leading for headquarters, managing shared services that serve worldwide operations, presenting to boards across time zones and cultures. The expertise that got you here isn't what wins decisions there — and the first 100 days are already running.

02

Experts under the curse of knowledge

— you know your field so deeply that you can no longer hear how you sound to a strategic audience: too detailed, too technical, too complex. It's not a communication flaw — it's a cognitive bias that hits the best experts hardest. But left unmanaged, it costs you the room: you watch weaker arguments win because they were easier to follow.

03

Leaders facing a defining moment

— a keynote, a company-wide address, an investor meeting. Years of work, minutes to land it — and no second version of that moment.

This program is not for you if

You're looking for tricks and shortcuts

— quick hacks, ready-made templates, or AI to write your words for you. Tools can polish a message. They can't stand behind it or take accountability.

You want to impress, not to impact

— if the goal is applause rather than changed minds and real decisions, we'll be optimizing for the wrong thing from day one.

You're not ready for the inner work

— this program touches beliefs, habits, and identity, not just slides. It asks for honest self-reflection between sessions. If that's not your season, that's okay — come back when it is.

You're not ready to be yourself

— my work is built on authenticity. If you're looking for a persona to perform and impress others, I'm the wrong advisor: I'll keep pulling you back to your own voice.

The Method

One method. Your route through it.

The Four Pillars of Influence — Strategy, Identity, Persuasion, Visibility — are the four areas where influence is built. But they're a map, not a script. There is no fixed sequence: we start from the pillar your moment demands, and move across the map as your goals require. Some leaders work the full architecture. Others enter through one pillar — and discover the map is bigger than the moment that brought them here.

Strategy

Where do I need influence — and what should it win me?

Influence that is deliberate, not accidental: mapped to your goals, your stakeholders, and the arenas where decisions about you are made.

Identity

Do I believe my own message?

Clarity about who you are as a leader — outside and inside. This is where we work on beliefs, confidence, and the inner voice that says your work “isn't spectacular enough.”

Persuasion

How do I make people understand, feel — and act?

Turning intention into impact: one clear idea, narrative and story, structure that moves decision-makers instead of informing them.

Visibility

Do the right people see, recognize, and remember me?

Building presence in the arenas that matter — so your influence doesn't end when the meeting does.

New role → often starts at Strategy & Identity
High-stakes moment → often starts at Persuasion

Communication that carries this work is conscious, intentional, and authentic — that's the standard we build to.

How every engagement begins

No program starts from a template. Before we design anything, we diagnose — in three steps:

  1. 1

    Discovery Call

    30–45 min · free

We talk about your moment, your goals, and whether we're the right fit. No preparation needed, no commitment made.

  2. 2

    Individual Diagnosis

    optional

Evidence-based tools that turn intuition into fact: DISC Extended — a certified behavioral assessment mapping how you communicate, decide, and influence. Cross-cultural analysis based on Erin Meyer's Culture Map — for leaders working across cultures: how your natural style lands in the cultures you work with, and where it gets lost in translation.

  3. 3

    Strategy Session

Together we design the architecture of your program: which pillar we start from, what the work covers, and what success looks like. This is where your roadmap takes shape.

Then we choose the format that fits: ↓

Formats — how we can work together

Every engagement is designed individually — but it usually takes one of three shapes:

Focused Sprint

— 4 weeks · one high-stakes moment

Intensive preparation for a single defining moment: a keynote, a company-wide address, an investor meeting. We focus on the Persuasion pillar — message, structure, storytelling, rehearsal — until you're ready to own the room. For many clients, the sprint is also the fastest way to experience how I work; it often grows into a full program after the event.

For five consecutive years, the Rising Star in Cybersecurity competition has trusted me to prepare its finalists.

“I was surprised how fast Magda grasps the context. She helped me structure my thoughts, walk through the logic, and define my priorities — I left every session with ready solutions, not theory.”

Core Program

— 6 sessions (90 min) · 3 months

Two sessions a month over three months. The scope follows the diagnosis, not a syllabus: we start with the pillar your moment demands — and move across the map of all four as your goals require.

“Magda's mentoring changed the way I communicate — it became more structured, deliberate, and purposeful. We worked on real examples, with ongoing feedback, and the individual support built on trust made all the difference.”

Rafał Szewczyk, IT Security Manager

Full Influence Architecture

— 10 sessions (90 min) · 5 months

The complete work on your influence architecture — all four pillars. For leaders stepping into CXO roles or global structures, where everything changes at once: strategy, identity, message, and visibility.

Client Stories

Client Story · Focused Sprint
MJ

Seven minutes to change a career

When Magdalena Jakimiuk reached the final of Rising Star in Cybersecurity, the prize came with a test: present a year of complex technical work in exactly seven minutes — to a jury, with the US Ambassador, the Minister of Digital Affairs, and a room full of senior industry leaders watching. “Public speaking had always been an enormous stress for me. I spoke in tables: facts, bullet points, numbers. I was convinced my work simply wasn't spectacular enough to talk about.”

The sprint began with a cold shower. After hearing the first version of her presentation, Magda said: “I don't understand what your presentation is about.” — “I remember breaking into a cold sweat. The final was days away.” What followed felt deceptively small — trimming sentences, shifting emphasis, sharpening one idea. “I thought we were just polishing one presentation. Only later did I understand we weren't working on a talk — we were building a whole new communication skill I use to this day. Magda was a bit like Mr. Miyagi from Karate Kid.”

The second version won. Magdalena took the Rising Star in Cybersecurity title — and the confidence that came with finally seeing the value of her own work. “I went from a 'small beetle' to being responsible for one of the three pillars in the CISO structure of a global logistics leader.” The skill outlived the event: today she runs meetings that deliver the essence in minutes, not hours.

  • Rising Star in Cybersecurity — won
  • A promotion into senior CISO structures
  • A communication skill she uses daily
Client Story · Core Program Aleks Friedel

From quantity to essence

As CEO of Unilink, Aleks Friedel was no stranger to the stage. But when she founded a foundation with a strong social mission, the scale changed: big conference formats, media, public debate. “My challenge was never the substance — it was the delivery. I wanted to say so much, to give value, and the message would drown in it. I was looking for a way to say less, but land harder.”

The turning point of the program was one deceptively simple shift: “from 'what do I want to say' to 'what should my audience remember, feel, and do.' It completely changed my approach to communication.” Around that axis, the work rebuilt how her messages were made: one core idea per talk, clear structure, stories and analogies that stay with people. And a third change, quieter but deeper: “a greater acceptance of my own naturalness. Instead of playing a role, I work with what's mine — just in a more deliberate, structured way.”

The effect showed at the next key conference: one narrative axis instead of a multi-threaded deck. “The talk carried itself — a natural flow, more ease and calm on stage. And the conversations afterwards kept coming back to that one key idea.” Her verdict on the method: “Knowledge without communication is just knowledge. At a certain point in your career, it's not how much you know that makes the difference — it's how you convey it.”

  • One idea per message — remembered and repeated
  • A natural, confident stage presence
  • A leadership voice that is hers
